Disposable Income: This begins by estimating income and taxation costs for individual households. This value is averaged for each CCD and then mortgage, rental and child support costs are deducted from this initial income estimate.

Dwelling Type: Type of property

GeoRisk: Provides an indication of the relative risk of individuals based on the neighborhoods in which they live. Each neighborhood is allocated into a band between one (high risk) and ten (low risk) based on consumer credit behavior. The score describes the relative credit worthiness of the neighborhood based on negative credit and application data held on the individuals residing in that area.

Household Composition/Income: The types of adults living in each home, a measure of relative household income.

Landscape: This is a generic geo-demographic segmentation system that subdivides the population into clusters of similar individuals, by recognizing that people generally live in close proximity to other people who are demographically similar. The clustering is based on the life stage, family structure, education, and household income and wealth characteristics of your customers.

Length of Residency: Estimate of how long a household has been in residence.

Owner/Tenant Indicator: Indicates the likely ownership of a residence.

Property Value Index: A relative measure of the median house and land value by Street Segment (SS) and Census Collection District (CCD) for each state in Australia, except Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

Prophesy: Provides a measure of the demand associated with individuals at a postcode level of geography and a Census Collection District (CCD) level of geography (150-200 households). It is updated monthly and calls on over 14 million records of individual credit activity in Australia each year. Credit demand forecasts are provided for Personal Loans, Mortgages and Credit Cards.

Age: Based on an estimate using Census Collection District (CCD) data & Australian Bureau of Statistics for different age bands.
