Impact Lists can undertake the screening process on behalf of the client, whereby it charges a nominal fee for delivering a direct marketing list that has been washed against the DNCR. Impact Lists will deliver a washed direct marketing list with all DNCR records removed. The resultant telemarketing list can be used for direct marketing as long as the telemarketing calls occur within 30 days of the telemarketing wash being undertaken.

Impact Lists can deliver an unwashed telemarketing list to the client and it is the responsibility of the client to undertake the wash against the DNCR.
