Pricing varies from list to list however the price usually consists of three components:
List price per 1,000 records
Set Up Fee – A flat fee that covers the selection and production of a list
Minimum Order requirements – expressed either as a dollar value or record quantity.  Not all lists have a Minimum Order Requirement.
10% GST must be added to the total price.

Example 1
Quantity: 2562 records
Rates per 1,000 =$426.00 per 1,000
Minimum Order = $550.00
 
The calculation as follows:
2.562 x 250 = $1088.85
Set Up         = $300.00
 
Total              = $1388.85 plus GST
 
Example 2
Quantity: 200 records
Rates per 1,000 =$425.00 per 1,000
Minimum Order = $550.00
 
The calculation as follows:
.200 x $425 = $85.00
Set Up         = $300.00
Combined value = $385.00, less that the minimum order requirement
Minimum Order = $550.00
 
As the combined value of the rate per thousand and the Set Up is less than the minimum order value, the $550.00 applies.
 
Total              = $550.00 plus GST

Example 3

Quantity: 200 records
Rates per 1,000 =$425.00 per 1,000
No Minimum Order Requirement

The calculation as follows:
.200 x $425 = $85.00
Set Up         = $300.00
Combined value = $385.00.  As there is no mimimum
