The Do Not Call Register (DNCR) has been set up by the Federal Government in response to concerns about the levels of unsolicited telemarketing calls. Unless you have the telephone account holders permission, you cannot call a number that is listed on the DNCR. Before a telemarketing campaign you must wash all telephone numbers against the DNCR to ensure compliance.
