At the conclusion of your mailing campaign please return the undelivered mail pieces to us or contact us so we can arrange to collect them from you. Returning the mail enables the list owner to update the records. Additionally, we are then able to determine whether you are entitled to a refund if the deliverability guarantee was not meet.
